Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Rumah Pada PT Cipta Inti Mandiri
Abstract
One of the producers in the housing sector is PT Cipta Inti Mandiri. Where producers focus on minimalist housing products. PT Cipta Inti Mandiri is a housing developer located at Jl. Poncol Nusa Indah, Ciracas, East Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on home purchase decisions at PT Cipta Inti Mandiri. The type of research used in this study is causal associative research with a quantitative approach, regression analysis, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, and a sample of 75 respondents. With the conclusion of the significance of the product quality variable 0,000 <0,05 and for the promotion variable the significance value is 0,163> 0,05. And simultaneously get the results of a significance value of 0,000 <0,05. So it is recommended that PT Cipta Inti Mandiri further improve the promotion so that sales also increase.
